Built from hands-on experience managing homes and vacation rentals along Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast, 506 has grown into a full-service property company helping homeowners, investors, and guests navigate every stage of the Costa Rica property experience.
From the moment someone discovers Costa Rica, to finding the right property, to owning, renting, maintaining, and eventually selling it, we believe having a trusted local partner makes all the difference.
